Sin duda es una iniciativa necesaria mientras, en general, latinoam\u00e9rica sigue impulsando pol\u00edticas donde se agobia los bolsillos de los ciudadanos.<\/span><\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Diputados del bloque Juntos por el Cambio proponen que los contribuyentes cumplidores paguen menos impuestos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Diputados del bloque Juntos por el Cambio, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Asociaci\u00f3n Argentina de Contribuyentes, presentaron un proyecto de ley para aliviar a los contribuyentes que hayan pagado los impuestos durante la pandemia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En Julio se tratar\u00e1 una super moratoria, que incluye grandes beneficios para los morosos. <strong>Una vez m\u00e1s, \u201clos contribuyentes que cumplen\u201d no ser\u00e1n tenidos en cuenta<\/strong>. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, Diputados de Juntos por el Cambio y la Asociaci\u00f3n Argentina Contribuyentes, <strong>proponen que los contribuyentes que hayan cumplido con sus obligaciones laborales y tributarias tengan un beneficio fiscal por su comportamiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En tal sentido, el proyecto de ley propone:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Un cr\u00e9dito fiscal equivalente a las sumas de los salarios brutos pagados durante abril y mayo<\/strong> para los contribuyentes que al 31 de mayo de 2020 no registren deudas de impuestos o aportes y contribuciones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un cr\u00e9dito fiscal equivalente a la mitad de dichos salarios para los contribuyentes que s\u00ed registran deudas fiscales<\/strong> pero que hayan pagado al d\u00eda la totalidad de los salarios a sus trabajadores.<\/li>\n<li>Para aquellas empresas que hayan tomado un ATP, <strong>el monto pagado a trav\u00e9s del ATP quedar excluido del cr\u00e9dito fiscal.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Este cr\u00e9dito fiscal podr\u00e1 ser <strong>utilizado para descontar hasta un 5% de los impuestos nacionales que deban pagar cada mes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desde la Asociaci\u00f3n Argentina de Contribuyentes, remarcan que la\u00a0Argentina<strong> es uno de los pa\u00edses con mayor presi\u00f3n fiscal del mundo y que sumado a la situaci\u00f3n de pandemia, dificulta a\u00fan m\u00e1s el panorama del sector productivo. <\/strong>Contar con la sanci\u00f3n de esta ley, <strong>no s\u00f3lo beneficiar\u00e1 los contribuyentes cumplidores sino tambi\u00e9n a la ciudadan\u00eda en general, ya que, de concretarse la iniciativa planteada, habr\u00e1 mayor cantidad de recursos disponibles para la actividad econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, remarca que el propio <strong>Estado se ver\u00e1\u00a0beneficiado en forma indirecta toda vez que este tipo de medidas tiendan a reforzar compromisos por parte de los contribuyentes que advierten recompensas por su recta conducta<\/strong>.
